      <image:title>Our Team - Ruth Foster She/Her</image:title>
<image:caption>Ruth’s love of movement stems from her close relationship with her Nonna who was a ballroom dancer. Despite this bond, Ruth struggled to feel comfortable with traditional dance settings and yearned for another way to explore her passion for creative movement. The lightbulb moment occurred whilst volunteering in her local ASN primary school - unsure what other activities she could deliver, Ruth offered to run a lunchtime dance club. And the rest, as they say, is history! That first workshop was filled with laughter, imaginative play and truly touching moments of connection and communication. Fifteen years later, Ruth’s practice has expanded to include accessible aerial arts, specialising in harness and hoop. Ruth firmly believes in the power of inclusive practice to empower and uplift all members of the community.</image:caption>
