If you’re looking for more of an entry level class for Aerial Rope & Straps, this is for you. You’ll learn the basics of both aerial rope and aerial straps — building grip strength, body awareness, and foundational techniques in a supportive environment.

Absolutely no previous experience required

Straps (All Levels):

Tuesday 6.30pm

Age 16+

Straps involves a large amount of strength development and takes some patience but there's still plenty you can do along the way as you spin, swing and make interesting shapes. Straps blends strength with elegance to create a dynamic, visually stunning aerial discipline.

This course is a fantastic chance to build full-body strength while developing your Straps technique. You’ll explore a wide range of moves and transitions, develop a solid understanding of how the equipment works with your body, and grow confident with both the foundational skills and the more advanced vocabulary of the discipline.

Suitable for intermediate level students who are already confident inverting from hanging. Not sure? email Scott: info@communitycircus.co.uk

In this intermediate class, you’ll build on your existing foundations and start bringing your technique to life.
